The Gomiztegi farmhouse is located 3 km from the Sanctuary of Arantzazu. It can be reached on foot following an adapted path, but also by car. The School for Shepherding is situated there. Cheese, milk and meat are produced in Gomiztegi. Products made in the farmhouse can be bought on site, in shops, at markets and by Internet.
Guided visits for knowing the activity they carry out are organized on request, such as a visit to the Gomiztegi farmhouse about history of shepherding and to taste dairy products (Idiazabal cheese, blue cheese…) and/or to visit the Gomiztegi farmhouse and the sheepdog exhibition. It is an ideal route!
